If you want additional information, you'll have to go to the official Riot page for it. As for now, it looks like this will be an issue that will last for a while, I'd recommend to restart your client everytime it freezes if that'll help.

I don't care about me not being able to honor my teammates, no, but it lets EVERYTHING freeze on my pc, even discord, webbrowsers etc etc.
