i think lux might be viable as a full-ap Bot lane char. with MF bot and amumu jungle.

Hit e->ult and u just took a 3rd of the whole enemy teams health. as a support.

Then the one guy that slipped away is sniped with ur ulty 20 secs later.

I've seen so many Cait Lux lanes lately. Both of them have stupid range an obnoxious killing power under the turret.

You're smartcasting it, right?

I don't really have any problem landing her Q on any champ. Just about getting used to it, really. Once you've got it down, it's not really a problem, IMO. Yeah, some champs are a bit more difficult, but stating that it's "nearly impossible" seems like a pretty big exaggeration to me.
