Idea for ashe

But in honesty, her base AD is lacking, they've upped her harass, her base speed is sluggish, she's a very simple straight forward carry. If they want to make her competitive then they fix her most out of date ability...Q, she doesn't have the mana pool to leave it on all day, other champions have a similar slow which isn't a pain to use and doesn't require them to miss out o their "nuke" aka Ashe's Volley...Sejuani basically has Ashe's Q for a passive. the buffs to Ashe actually brought her up a bit, but she's still out of date and IMO Q is why.[/quote]
