His ult is good for clearing minions and triforce procs are good for damaging structures but there are others who can push faster/better.

Endgame Ezreal is one of the fastest. He has to have help though to achieve it.

If you built Trinity Force on Talon he would probably be the fastest pusher in the game, assuming you built the rest completely AD like I do. Decent attack speed with 500 AD, a W that clears entire minion waves and is on a low cooldown, and a spell that resets your auto-attacks. Don't think anyone else can top that. The only champion that people have suggested above that could come near to clearing minion waves as fast as Talon does is Sivir. But her AD carry attack speed wouldn't be any match for Talon's 500 AD.
