Any one notice the large dmg spike in this item? Even though 10ap came off the passive change made me notice it doing way more dmg on aoe abilities... Clearing waves as kat with it even easier and dmg to champs ore notice more. I see this as strong item now.

It's always been strong though?

Like, on a burst caster, it allows you to poke with skills, so you can burst them 100%.

On a DPS mage, it just adds to that DPS with it's DoT and its magic pen.

its probably because they took off the half effect on DoT and AoE abilities for that item

Not on aoe most mages are aoe

Depends on champ kat can go for it for cc and more dmg on passive.
