LoL Tribunal & Community

All you gottah understand is that people get reported, if all they've said is "fag" once in the game, they'll be pardoned. I'm saying that trusting a gaming company who wants your money (it is a business) to tell you that their system is broken or just lazy isn't a responsible outlook. Regardless of whether or not the Tribunal bans the "right" people, is the effect that it has had on the community worth it? Why doesn't Riot take the time and resources to moderate their own game like EVERY other MMO out there, instead of creating a community that punishes each other, has no positive side to it (no reward system) and are actually given IP as a reward for a purely negative banning system? Now I'm sure people will say "Herp derp you can get IP for clicking pardon as well" which is completely true, but the fact is that person already had to suffer through someone else in game going "OMG OMG OMG report X person for X reason because he's X curse word". Whether he gets actually suspended or not for that report doesn't really mean much when his entire game is ruined by a community that is trained to attack and punish each other. The system is flawed, Riot needs to create one that works, or actually spend some of their damn money to moderate the game themselves, like any other self respecting MMO on the market.[/quote]

[/quote] The language was strong and the overall outlook I agree is to a point negative, but I didn't just rage hard and /signoff. I provided reasons for why the system is flawed, it's effect on the community, and solutions to ratify it. It's not ALL negative, although unfortunately the situation itself is complete garbage, so there's not much positive to bring to this video.[/quote]
