hey, taric is truly outragous. The Janna Morde combo is sick tho, as his E scales with AD. You just poke the enemy to death without any chance for the enemy.
Also, compared to the old Morde, new Morde's pushing power is greatly reduced and he doesn't have to spam for his shield anymore, just to refill the 25%, which can be done with Q as well.

Good luck getting into melee range to poke people with it, moreover landing it 3 times. Your W pushes the lane hard and so does your E, which are your only reliable sources of poke.

W is no reliable source of poke, only E. And if you hit E on a champion, you get 15% of the shield back anyway, means you can aim it so it doesn't hit creeps if you don't wanna push. Also how i used W for is last hitting, reactivating it instantly. This also grants the small heal instant.
Why would people not position behind your wave to bait E and force you to push, instead staying away from you so you can freely poke with E without any costs for your safety is beyond me. You need the shield to thrive vs 1-2 ranged champs, and to get the shield you need to hit people/creeps.
I'm also fairly sure Morde is probably pretty bad against most melee tanky supports due to their amount of lockdown
