Lich Bane ever worth it now that you can get this instead?Lich Bane can proc every 2 seconds or so, Luden's Echo will most likely proc at max twice per team fight if the fight even lasts that long. Plus Lich Bane works best for champions that tend to aa like lux and fizz. Luden's Echo can benefit practically any mage late game. I don't see Luden's Echo completely replacing Lich Bane but they definitely can be alternated
What about global ultimates like Ezreal's Trueshot Barrage? Will "item 3285" apply the unique passive?

Yeah I am fairly certain there will be something to tune it down on
Cassiopeia and similar, since it has been mentioned on the boards multiple times :p
