On another note, Vlad's design is just stupid. "Oh hey, we're going to make a champion who can virtually lane forever, give him an ultimate that tips the scale in teamfights, and then allow him to do reasonable damage with a skill that makes him untargetable!" He's so annoying to lane against. Even other characters with regen have trouble once vlad is lvl 9 + hextech. Evelynn and Alistar need to be nerfed imo. They're just so strong right now. Alistar has his neverdie ultimate and evelynn pressures the entire map. If they have both of them on the same team, you will cry for your mommy as they constantly gank you with never-ending CC.

But I think we've gone a little off-topic here.

Honestly, Vayne is the most broken champion as of right now. You get Madred's, after that, it's all overkill. Nothing can stop her damage. No matter who you are, you can't stop it. No matter how much HP or resistances. It's fine to do true damage, and it's fine to do percent damage, but for the love of god don't put them together. Especially not when it's an on-hit effect, so theres not even a cooldown. Vayne can get Madred's and then stack Banshee's Veils and do good. Just take AS runes and then you win. Now I know that she can be shut down, but shes so strong early, mid, and late game that it's almost impossible to do. Not even Lord Mordekaiser can stop her.

Teamwork is essential. It gives the enemy someone else to shoot at.

I am noticing gold/10 items are getting a bit out of hand.
People don't last hit as much, as just doing way too much passive guaranteed win type strategies.

I guess that's inevitable in a PvP gamne for people to try to break it.

Don't see how Vayne's damage is OP.
She's got good mobility, that's all. Just learn to not 1v1 her unless you're an anti-carry, her skills are balanced to fighting, so either overwhelm her, or don't engage.

% true damage.

I've yet to come up with a way to counter that.

It's not really "this is instant win" OP, but more like if you know what you're doing, you're really making it hard for the enemy.

@Trojan995:

1. More health actually does counter it to an extent. Someone did the math on LoL forums.
HP regeneration works well too, as Adonikam said, but only if the champion synergizes. Inb4 Mundo trolls Vayne.

2. It's only once every 3rd hit in a row on the same target, so it's limited.

3. Tumble is what defines Vayne's strength, now Silver Bolts.
Good Vaynes build AD early, not Madred's Bloodrazor; late-game is a different story.

Personally, I think they need to sprinkle some more of that %True damage on some champions.
Like maybe add it to Corki's passive: Each hit deals 0.5% of the enemy's HP in true damage. Early game, that's maybe 2 damage. At mid game with average 1400 health, maybe 14 damage extra. Totally balanced.

Yea everyone is going to get GP10 items. They're good on everyone. The best one, Philo stone, just got a little bit better with the new tenacity item. HoG is just good but it has gotten it's nerfs.
Vayne is just a huge pain in the ***.
Poppy, OP with Philo stacking and smart play. Then she becomes useless against anyone but tanks.
Eve, not so much.
TF+ other globals, kinda OP. They let you have free reign of the map. It's either play or ban them.
