Pretty good change , but nocturne ulti range should we same as rank 1 for all rank i think , also i hope to see more change for tanky dps champions like renekton and jarvan are totaly stupid , being killed by a dude with 0 offensive items in 3-4 hit while you almost dont dmg him is pretty dumb and should not stay ...

I like most changes, but those nerfs will KILL teemo :(
He was tier 1 before, now he'll be tier 2 or 3 :(

It won't get rid of Tanky DPS, it will just nerf their utter dominance early game in the laning phase.
