Kassadin's damage on R got nerfed into the ground and is more of a 3-sec flash. His damage is way lower than before and it's all gonna be about how highly people value that mobility over a terrible laning phase.

Question though, possibility of jungle Kassadin seeing viability now with his W changes?

Pros:
Moderately beefy now (Vs AP) with his item path
High *** mobility
Likely decent or good clearspeed with his W.
Insane slow and channel interrupter.

Cons:
No hard CC.
Easy to kill early (if physical)

3 seconds cooldown on his ult seems a bit ridiculous though x_x

if nothing else he will be ******** unkillable

i had the same thought as OTG, a tanky jungle kassadin just to annoy people flashing all over the place building a ton of mana and CDR items, tear+iceborn+FH, with a 3 sec+40% CDR(1.6ish second?) flash that scales with mana, which means your force pulse slow will almost always be up, and youll also not really run out of mana if you build a ton of it with new W active, Q seems kinda lame unless it also blocks CC like morgs black shield

i might try him like that in a few normal games just to see how it works

The Elise jungle nerfs are real.

The Kog'Maw Bio-Arcane Barrage is kinda nice. Makes it spammable and makes him slightly safer since it can technically be his permanent range for AAs. Kinda...

My Annie...it kinda hurts. The AP ratios are meh.
I main...the entire top lane.
I miss: Tank Rengar top, AD Nidalee, Mash Keyboard Ryze...the OPs

Ap ratios are good buff to late game not sure how you build her tho.

Kass still will be strong in solo q at least lower tiers like bronze-gold where not as many wards and he has his ult to roam.

Clear time will still be atrocious unfortunately. Having to charge most of pulse before ganks when it is your only aoe spell beside ult also sucks, and hes gonna hog the blues.

Either way I think Kassadin needed a chance to disappear for a bit, even if they tweak his numbers later on, I'm tired of this "ban-or-pick" aura about him since early season 3. He's like Flavor of the Season or something.

So the limelights are all on the Kassadin changes..
I mean honestly there has been many patches having incessant Kassadin changes. This is slightly different from the others, and it went into its structures and all, not just the tweaks on the number.

What do they exactly want on Kassadin? The new changes seem to orientate him to a more tanky DPS kind of champion. 3 second ulti? Kassadin is definitely not mobile enough.Quoting a reddit thread,

"Well, goodbye old Assassadin, hello new... strange mana-Tankadin."
