You don't stack % reduction (Xin's new passive) with flat....Additionally, TBC requires 3 attacks to become fully used. LW applies % reduction, multiplicatively with Xin's passive. You'll be close to ~52% or so reduction (probably a little higher). Triforce....No, Wit's End+Frozen mallet. Much more durability, 100% perma slow, couple that with Randuins, mercs, GA. All the damage you need with solid durability.
My brother should be happy about the Xin changes.

But Black Cleaver is reduction, while Last Whisper is penetration. With Black Cleaver you can destroy the armor of a tanky dps and then your ad-carry easily melts him down.

Exactly what I was trying to get across about two weeks ago. TBC recudes the one champion's armor overall (while also having AS and more AD). LW only penetrates for your attacks.
