Having a boosted lad on my side is a pain.
I still see feeders around 1k5 elo, probably got boosted to gold.

I'm curious as to how "smurfing" managed to integrate into the title and discussion of this thread. From what I can see, Riot is explicitly cracking down on "boosting" in the form of account sharing.

Here's the basics on how they figured if your account was boosted.
If IP#1 got to ~1500, and was playing on different accounts as well, and then just stopped playing on it, it's probably a booster.
