... you'll never get spell vamp on irelia/it doesnt work with lifesteal.
... it doesnt work with crit.
... it wont push AD powered spells.
... you wont have MrP on Irelia/ it wont work with ArP.
But yeah, Wit's End is some stupidly overpacked item, but mentioning that doesnt change the fact that Wriggle's is still cost efficient, since Wit's End will be cost efficient compared to many othe ritems too...

I think Wit's is being over rated, and Wriggles is being under rated personally.
Wit's is good enough to use on the champ who synergize is as a "Free 42 damage" item where you'd already want the AS for your skills and the MR for tankyness.
That's the only scenario.

Btw.a friend who plays a good irelia often runs it against LB and karthus but the downside is that it like volibears passive can be poked down to trigger earlier on if you doesn't have that much hp or resists

Assuming 0% crit chance, then yes, it's worth 42 ad.
If you have 100% it's worth 21?
In any case, it's extremely cost effective when compared to wriggles.
