first off, relax. wait till she comes out and you play her before crying nerf.
second, her q still procs waaaay too much for lichbane to keep up with, it just deals more damage at a higher range and hits more targets, its going to be less than 2 seconds anyway on the cd.
i'm not saying it's a nerf, but it's not how I want to play her. Also they've already confirmed q cd is going to be at least 4 seconds.
