Fiddle and rammus are both really really strong in their niché at the moment, and i'm sorry but your badge says plat I.
Lee is **** right now, in the jungle and in the top-lane. If you want an early game invader and pressure jungler shaco is only 7 bazillion times better than lee because of all lanes having so many ****ing wards.

Hahahaha except late game you have a Shaco on your team. If shaco doesn't get 5-10 kills pre 20 mins hes useless for the rest of the game.
Rammus is terrible, his ganks are OK as long as your lanes bring a lot of damage but his clear is a joke hence he doesn't see play in competitive tournaments.
Fiddle...really...that's your example of a good jungler? Can get 3 shot by anyone at any stage of the game. You don't watch much high elo/tournaments do you? Fiddle is a joke and he is even worse than Rammus. Very susceptible to getting counterjungled because of how squish he is and how slow he clears.
Lets talk about Lee Sin. Strong early game ganks, fast clear time (which is the single most important thing for determining who is an effective jungler), and he transitions well into a tank late game with solid CC and disruption. Irelia dives onto your adc you kick her off, fight won.
If you are so butthurt about it swap lee for Ammumu. Lee is in the top 10 still regardless of how you slice it.

There's no reason to ever pick lee>jarvan, jarvan is just better at everything lee does maybe with the slight exception of baron/dragon stealing. There is a reason to pick shaco>anyone on the list because what he does is unique and he excels at it.
Irelia jumps your adc, your box fears her, you kill her with your clone and adc, fight won. Shaco and lee are equally bad late game, albeit shaco being harder to be successful with.
If you don't think shaco is a strong jungler at high elo, then you're naive and a joke.
