With all the Rage about Udyr and his new skin I decided to jump on the band wagon and give it a go. I have tried both Pheonix and Tiger stances for jungleing, but I like Tiger better. the clear times seem to be faster and that first attack really packs a punch at rank 5. SO I thought I'd throw this out there and see what everyone else thinks about Udyr Jungle and which stance is best to max first.

Anyways, I prefer Wilding Claw. I like the burst, the sound effects are beast (pun op) and the clear speed seems to be on par with Wingborne Storm.

That being said, Wingborne Storm gets you faster waveclear with the AoE. Which means it's better for splitpushing, something in which Udyr definitely thrives.

Either way, build tank/AS and don't neglect Iron Mantle.

Look up Diamond's udyr page.
14/3/13 masteries
6 AS 3 AD marks
9 Armor seals
9 MR glyphs or 4 flat 5 scaling
1 LS quint
2 AD quints

Just speculation, but i think Tiger Stance synergizes best with CDR/AD/HP builds that Udyrs seem to be running nowadays.

Pheonix just gives u a better time and sustained damage in teamfights.
When I play Tiger Udyr I always feel like I am chasing targets instead of peeling /disrupting and dishing some damage out.
Also the clear is good and the early game burst is awesome
