Sona, you just have to smash buttons and sometimes use ult.
But most champs which are easy to play, are hard to master.

Singed onto a level like Dyrus is hard.
Ashe try to hit every B. F. A. onto the right person at the right position at the right time.
Teemo You everytime know where to shroom perfectly?
Karthus Try to hit every Q perfectly and never waste your ult or mana on E.

the Recommended champions (450 IP) are recommended for a reason :P
Annie, Ryze, etc.
Those champs as well as I'd say Darius and some others are the easiest to play. Maybe Graves.
Not Riven though. Although her basic kit seems easy to play, which it is, if you really want to use her skillset to its full potential and win most of your lanes, you have to nail her combos which take a bit of skill and practice. I wouldn't recommend Riven for starters.
