I started using it yesterday after reading this thread too, but I found it both really awkward to change my finger back to Q when I wanted to use a spell, and I'm used to smart-casting everything, so I changed it to smart-cast and set it on T. The only problem with that is that if I speak to people, any time I type "t" in my sentence it will move my champion wherever my mouse is hovering at the time, which is really annoying when I'm recalling and talking at the same time.

Edit: Oh, and I've only used it on Tristana so far, and twice now I've accidentally cast Buster Shot on minions.
