A + left click is essential on repositioning while harassing in lane or kiting as an AD carry.
What you do is you A+ left click an enemy and then right click to move to a location / reposition.
This allows precise movement and harms your hand a lot less.
If you try to do that with only right clicks, you're going to be slower and your middle finger will be injured over time.
