Why Fizz takes no skill

DARIUS DOES DEFINITELY NOT NEED A NERF. just because he has a broken skill, doesn't mean he's broken himself. If they wanted to nerf the ultimate they would need to buff everything else. As well, fizz is pretty much unviable right now. His e is broken in a sense, but if they wanted to take the untargetability off, they would need to buff his other skills.[/quote]
