Nowadays I don't play too much unconventional stuff anymore, but top Blitzcrank, jungle Karma, ADC Ahri and support Galio is all random stuff I've enjoyed playing in the past (be it no more than once in most cases).

Udyr support is lots of fun. Max Bear and Turtle, with one point in Tiger. Prioritise health and armour, while picking up a Wit's End around level 12-14 and you're an absolute monster.

I like the Lulu AD bruiser top just because it's nastier than a teemo, has more utility and survives ganks for days. Just go max CDR stuffs according to whatever you need, a Ruined King and Triforce.
