Yes Riot, 0.5 AD per level is just as good as 4% crit was. 9 AD at level 18 is an amazing amount that will make a major difference and is the same DPS as the 4% crit.
Seriously, who is in charge of balancing the masteries? That doesn't even come close to 4% crit.

- Bouncing Bomb - Ziggs throws a bouncing bomb that deals magic damage.
- Satchel Charge - Ziggs flings an explosive charge that detonates after 4 seconds, or when this ability is activated again. The explosion deals magic damage to enemies, knocking them away. Ziggs is also knocked away, but takes no damage.
- Hexplosive Minefield - Ziggs scatters proximity mines that detonate on enemy contact, dealing magic damage and slowing.
- Mega Inferno Bomb (Ultimate) - Ziggs deploys his ultimate creation, the Mega Inferno Bomb, hurling it an enormous distance. Enemies in the primary blast zone take more damage than those further away.

IKR? There is nothing really that can replace the 4%. It gave both a really random early game and it could set up for a nice late game.
Also, It's irking me too. Can't change titles of threads though. :/

Crit doesn't scale with abilities to my knowledge.
Also, that 9 AD is in line with the 1 ap/lvl mastery.
4% crit was ridiculously over valued as a mastery, worth *** loads of damage. (Crit is generally super cheap compared to AD in terms of gold cost.)

Zigg's ultimate looks so strong.
