This is a known issue and has been for a long time.
As far as I know, we're working on it.

To my knowledge, this has been an issue since before I joined, and hasn't ever been officially responded to.
Honestly though, the differences it will make in the cheat sheet are rather pointless. At level 18 and a full build, what does the 4% attack speed really mean to an AD carry? Or the 100 health from the veteran's scars, you know?
I mean it would be nice to have correct, but since masteries are such a small difference to the end game, I don't see a real reason to put it at a high priority. Kind of sad really :(

"You sound just like Pythagoras."
The point is that everything should be correct. If Havoc said it could add 25% extra damage, someone would fix it in the database. The same principal should be applied to the cheat sheet information. Especially if it's been an issue for more than 2 years.

Adding "Deadliness" mastery does not change the attack damage value shown on the final calculation
and so on...
To check this make a freshly new build, and only play around with masteries without adding any rune or item. You will see that adding/removing masteries does not change the final values shown on the chart.
I don't know if im missing something, but I think I should report this.
