Inconsistance(s) in the Item filters

So, I think I've accidentally found a new one: [[Lich Bane]] is not being filtered by Ability Haste apparently. I remember that Item didn't get any AH Stats many Patches ago; as the Item got the slight rework, it might not have been updated for the filters. Thanks for fixing those issues and so rapidly.
