Anyone is free to make a guide about whichever champion they choose, as long as said guide doesn't break our specific rules. You do not need a certain rank to be permitted to create a guide, you can be Iron or Challenger and you can still make a guide.
Whilst rank may have a bearing in how readers would view which guide would be more viable (due to personal experience, if you're higher rank it can show readers that you have game knowledge), it doesn't mean you're not allowed to create one without a significant rank. A guide created by a lower tier player can be equally as good and worth reading as one made by a higher tier player, in the end the content of the guide is what matters, not the rank. Infact, most high rated guides on the site are created by authors that are Diamond or below.
Even though English is heavily recommended, you are free to create a guide in whichever language you prefer. Just keep in mind that it might affect how many people check your guide due to the amount of people that are able to read it (since English is a general language).

About the ranks, I already know :D Just wanted to check if there was a requirement about that.
Also, I was thinking about making guides in my native language to share with friends who often ask about it. Of course, maybe Spanish-speaking people would find the guide across the site and feel interested, since the English level around my continent isn't that high, actually! I think it might be of help for them. <3
One more question that just popped up in my mind: Are guides always up if they are kept updated? Or they get deleted if these aren't very popular?

Anyway, I've been wondering... What are the requirements for creating guides? Specially (in my case) if there is any League Rank accepted (I know a Gold guide won't be as popular as a high-elo one, I'm just asking)? And also, are guides on other languages accepted? Or is English the only permitted language?
Kinda asking out of curiosity mostly.
