I bought prime

You're free to do what you like in that tab but the one button in there that needs to be turned on is the one that says "Show stream in guides". After that there will be a tab right below those buttons where you can choose all the guides you want your stream to be in, once you've done that then hit "Update" and your stream should show. Keep in mind that you also need to get your stream link into your settings, under the "Details" tab and get your twitch token or otherwise the stream definitely won't show for you.
