If you have voted on the guide already, you cannot vote again. If you live in the same house (thus have the same IP) as the guide writer, you cannot vote on their guide.

i often have the problem that i cant rate builds. i can rate und the thank u message shows up but nothing else happens. the voting counter doesnt increase and i can vote again and again... so is this a problem with my browser (Chrome 13) or whith mobafire?
