In your prime settings, have you checked the box to show stream in guides? Underneath that there's also the setting where you'll have to choose which guides you want your stream to be in, don't forget to click the update button underneath it.
Your social settings have nothing to do with your stream for guides as social settings are for your profile only. When you go into your profile settings, the first tab shown for you is "details", which will have your social settings for your profile, underneath those socials is a section called "twitch settings" where you have to also put in your full stream link and then hit update.
If you've done all of that and it still isn't working, let me know.
