Hey Guys,

So I've played for about two weeks or so now, and after getting wrecked the first few days, I started playing as only Master Yi, and now I tend to do really well with him. Not saying I have all the tricks and tips down, but I know his skills/when to use them, etc, and usually end up with a good ratio. If I don't die early game, I usually dominate late.

Now it is time for me to start playing as another character. I do like the concept of a "carry", like that if things go right I can pretty much dominate late game, but I'm open to any suggestions. I know everyone thinks Yi is for newbies, but I like that he's fairly straightforward. Any recommendations for a new champion? I have about 2000 IP, so a less expensive champ would be cool.

Thanks!!

You may like Warwick, because he's extremely "in-your-face" very much like Yi, and is extremely fast, like Yi. He also is quite a bit tankier than Yi, and is one of the most reliable and easy to learn junglers in the game. However, he is 3150 IP.

I suggest ashe if you like carry, She's squishy yes, But also AD ashe is just wonderful, Volley does great damage early game late game not to much but eh, She is also 450 IP so it's a great buy for newer players Yi and Ashe are my suggestions.

Warwick is okay as jebus explained if you like jungling He is great or Shaco (Shaco is harder to learn though) Not recommending shaco for newish players though.

Thats my 2 cents.

I think you might like Akali or Katarina. Akali is the harder to learn of the two.

They're both quite a bit different than Yi, but they both do insane amounts of damage. Akali is very weak early game, then begins bursting out 700 damage in less than a second.

Katarina really just has a VERY strong ultimate, especially in the lower levels when people are less likely to run away. If you pop it in a crowd and they don't run, they'll almost surely die.

I make sigs, PM me if you want one :D (Thanks for the Nidalee sig, The_Nameless_Bard!)

Noone mentioned Tryndamere?

Imho the best after Yi is Trynde. He is cheap and uses similar mechanics.

Also he is very valuable even in ranked games.

Go Go train Trynda.

Not at all. They don't hurt...but he is so easy anyway >.>

You just 1 hit erry'one up in here.

And then heal.

Without mana.

And slow people.

Bi-winning right there.

He's not as rune and mastery dependent as he used to be after his recent changes.
