1) Jungling efficiently is about knowing when to farm in the jungle and when to gank. In case you can afford the first part of your jungle item which is most likely 
Ranger's Trailblazer you can recall for the first time. You don't need to clear all camps on your first clear but you can try to path effectively (e.g. starting at the Gromp and using Smite on it, clearing the Blue Sentinel, moving towards the Red Bramblebeck and clearing it with Smite again and clearing one further camp). Solo laners level up pretty well on their own due to receiving more experience, you don't need to worry about this. Being at the same level your opponent jungler can help you orientating. Sometimes you are even becoming level six before the enemy jungler as your jungle clear is pretty good especially with the right item allowing you to set up a great gank with your ultimate ability before the enemy jungler does so.
2) She's better when being played as a tank. Item likes Ranger's Trailblazer - Cinderhulk, Locket of the Iron Solari, Randuin's Omen, Frozen Heart and other ones are great on her. You can buy tank and utility items like Turbo Chemtank.
3) Boots are really important to move around the map quicker and to make ganking a bit more easy even though you can use your dash ability. Boots such as Mercury's Treads also provide great additional resistances like tenacity which helps you to reduce the duration of slows and stuns. You should buy Boots early on but you can delay upgrading them because you most likely want to finish your first major item beforehand.

I am trying to get the grasp on being a jungler (Sujuani) and would love to play with some beginner. I do know the basic what to do and what not to do, but quite terrible beyond that. The best practice is to play, or so I am told, so I am wondering if there are beginners who would play with me so we could improve each others play.
I am wondering if there is high enough numbers to do some costume games?
Also, would need some answers regarding these questions:
1) why do I lag behind in terms of levels? Is there an efficient way of jungling?
2) Is Sujuani better at being a tank or having damage?
3) How important is boots (beside escaping in tough situations)?
