In the case your team is feeding the enemy team, all you need to do is keep farming to get better items/to get stronger.
You can still win the game if you can pick of the enemy team 1 by 1 or have a good team fight.
If you guys are dying 1v1s, then it is best to group up and fight.
However there are times when the opponent team is like unkillable. then just surrender :O

Dragon is worth 3 kills.. Keep tight, get dragon every time possible.. If your very farmed and a lane is failing, and you see a chance to gank take it, help your newb(s) at top out.. If you lose about 3 team battles in a row by a big amount.. Then surrendering might be a good though.. But as long as u still have 2 inhibs with towers defending them you still have a very good chance of bringing the game back up.. Unless they are like 40 kills ahead, or they have 0 down and u have 6+ down.. Thats when u can surrender but usually u still have a chance, good team work will always bring you to victory, as the above post, group up and pick em off 1 by one. and when 2 are dead at a time do something smart.. Kill a tower, get baron, you should always get dragon when possible.. If u get EVERY dragon.. The game should easily be yours!! Also nicely commanding your team usually works.. I start off simple, when bot is both lvl 6.. I come from top to go dragon, I tell jungle take top get u some farm.. WHY WOULD HE SAY NO LOL.. I go to near bot, I say, yo guys lets get dragon and get us that free bling bling!! If they say its to risky and I know its not, I will say that if it goes wrong all blame on me dawg!! I promise it wont :D.. Got to be encouraging.. There will be 1/10 games where it was impossible from start, where ur team mates are dumb little kids that are having a bad day and take it out on u.. Its not to hard with practice, u cant be arrogant, got to be chill and EXTRA nice.. Not kiss their ***es, but lead them nicely, l8r game they will realize your the real deal, and listen to everything.. Now if u dont know how to do this.. Add me :D RamenL I help ya out.
Ideal lanes.. Tell your team durring champ selection screen whos doing what, whos laning where, and whos jungle etc..
Top- Tanky Char.. Cho, Nasus, Galio etc.. My favorite is Nasus, good farmer, hard to gank, life steal.. Cho is just as good.
Mid- AP char
Bot- Support + ranged AD, Taric is best support choice, his stun will get the AD carry so many kills!
Jungle- Shaco/Udyr/Rammus/Xin My fav choices.. Others shouldnt be much worse, if worse..
+ rep if I was helpful

Thanks a LOT for the advice. I have been focusing on Dragon much more and wins are coming easier. Its still hard to convince a team to level 6 dragon, but its sooooo worth it. Keep the advice coming and +rep to both of you!

If you have been farming for half the game and been actually getting most of the creeps, you should start trying to be as helpful to the team as you possibly can by warding, or roaming around to look for possible ganks for someone who possibly overextends. It won't be easy but all you can do is constantly pressure the lanes by split pushing and try having control over the map. With that being said you should still always be farming regardless where you are. Aiming towards bottom lane while you're at top? Just grab the camps in the jungle as you're traveling downwards, (unless it's urgent).
If all fails just try your hardest and hope your champions are more superior late game.

Most of your options have been covered by the other 3 posters, but if you're really dominating your lane while another is getting completely stomped, sometimes it's better just to switch lanes. It may be that you can defeat the more skilled players on the enemy team while your struggling allies can work with less pressure. Just check the team comps before you do this though, as some champions will just make it worse by switching.
Oh, and note what Bryun said about warding. If you're outfarming your team, you have the most gold to spend on wards. Remember: WARDS WIN GAMES. Your team will have better map awareness and hopefully will be less vulnerable to ganks, and you'll be able to set up counter-ganks more easily. If you see that the other team is warding quite heavily as well, pick up an
Oracle's Elixir and take down their wards. It only takes a few ward kills for it to pay off for your team.

Thanks to Lugignaf for the sig!
Alright, so lets say I've been farming quite a while. My lane is going well, but there is too much pressure to just leave. I'm the current lane 'dominance' so my fellow lane partner can't really hold the lane himself. What do I do now? Push? I always have a problem with when I choose to roam it backfires, but not helping my dying top will cause a quick gg. Any ideas?
Also what do you do when your middle refuses to leave when their mid is roaming? Even if they won't leave they don't apply pressure by pushing. Anything I can do besides ward and be ready for a 3v2?

You ward up the river a ton and tell your mid to push if their mid is roaming. If you can apply enough pressure fast enough in mid, they're be a bit scared to roam.
If you can't win your lane entirely, just force the opponents out of lane and back off to ward.
If you're extremely aggressive in your lane and not dying too much, you should be able to leave lane freely as long as you keep an eye on the lane you left and return to it periodically.

Lets say I have been bottom farming for the better half of early game. Maybe defended a tower dive or two, traded once. If my top lane is gone within ten minutes and the score is 3-11, what is my next move?
Now before you think I'm on a soapbox, let me assure you I don't believe i'm God's gift to gaming. I REALLY just want to know what direction to take at this point. Farm? Group? Gank 4v2 in the river? Surrender at 20ty? Whats my next step?
Maybe my understanding of "carry" is a little off. People tell me they raise their elo by flat out carrying their whole team. Is this the step I need to take? Is a under fed, but farmed carry able to pull a win out of his *** with the right skill? Let me know!!!!!!!!
