... What? That makes... No sense... Mathematically the lowest percent you can get to is 0%...

What I was saying was, just doing flat percent won't let you go below 0 armor or mres, because its just percent. The lowest % you can go is 0.

You cannot penetrate below zero armor (logically: You can't go through what's not there) (Brutalizer, LW)
You can reduce armor below zero (logically, you completely destroy the armor, then destroy the body)

He's right. items like Abyssal Scepter can reduce an enemy's MR below 0.

no, only if you have 40 REDUCTION or 30 Pen and 10 Reduction, will it be reduced to -10.
