Nasus is good ya, he's strongest when he's given solo top (1v1, if not put him in duo lane) so he can get free farm. A farmed nasus is pretty unstoppable and he has one of the best slows in the game.
Best hero!!
Triforce, Warmog, Atmas, Force of Nature.. You will be unstoppable. Just farm ur Q, by 25 min at least 200 more damage.. 250-300 will be OP..

the best thing is that a farmed nasus completely destroys towers, unlike other champs who boost their next auto attack, nasus's actually works on turrets. I've done 800 damage to a turret with one attack. There's nothing the enemy team can do about it because i can just run up to the turret, hit it once, and run away. Repeat if possible and the turret eventually goes down.
two follow up questions:
1) In pre-30 games, is Aegis still worth it, when many teams I am on don't work together and don't team fight effectively? I have still been building it in every game, but I was curious if I should maybe skip it to get my early combo of philo stone (i like rushing it for lane sustainability), merc treads, and sheen quicker.
2) I'm looking for a baseline of what is considered a "good" amount of farm for nasus's q. Obviously, as much as possible. But is +200 at 25 minutes the "goal" you want to reach? It obviously depends on game, but I'm just talking in general. NOOB QUESTION: And the +200 is only the second parentheses in the SS bubble, right? Like it says: Deals 50 (+68) (+192) damage. I don't REALLY know what the different parentheses mean. I'm guessing the first is additional AD from items, and the second is from farming q. is that right?
Thanks!

1) Yep. Aegis is still good post-30 as well if you're doing solo. Teams still don't communicate. Still rush Philo stone. It's a good item on almost everyone. When teamfights start, that's when you want Aegis.
2)There is no real goal but, 200 by 25 min is pretty decent. And, yes. the +200 is the second number in the "bubble." The first number is your AD.

kinda hijacked this thread into my own "help me learn nasus more adn more" thread. As I started playing with him, I would max SS first, and concentrate only on getting last hits w Q. Recently, however, I have been maxing SF first. The idea is this: I can get more farm with SF, which lets me get better items faster, and then I can try to catch up on last hits with Q later on in the game. I just end up with much higher CS when I max SF first rather than SS. Which approach do you think is better? I do admit that my bonus damage on SS is significantly lower maxing SF first, but I'm also much tankier early due to items from higher CS. What approach do you think is better?
