Question:
I'm playing Cho'Gath solo top like 85% of all the games. He's pretty solid being solo and outfarming the opponent. Although fighting against Garen is my only pain the buttox! When I get close, he harasses me, his natural regen makes him a long sustainer, so no point in harassing him. I don't mean I am doomed against a Garen at top. Just had a few difficult matches against a Garen who knows what he's doing.
Any insight on this?

cho kills garen, max your "e" first, knock him up, go kill him. Ur spikes outdamages his spin by level 2(champion level 4) And his passive regen is not good if u keep harrassing him. u have a mid range harrass so should be np.

@Polsemanden, thanks, havent tried the bruiser guide yet vs a garen solo top either, and if you check my guide (link below) you can see that I do take armor runes etc ;)
