For time sensitive giveaways like Harrowing and Snowdown, we have to go off Riot's schedule of when they release the skins from the vault. They're usually not around for very long so we need time to let people respond to emails and gift them their skins before the skins are vaulted again. The last few days of October will earn you tickets towards the November giveaway so there's no dead time with no tickets between contests.

I'm pretty annoyed by this cause I always do my tier list picks very late in the months so missed out on alot of tickets because someone cant count to 31..
