Everything including lifesteal and Blade of the Ruined King passive. Not Sheen though because the proc would get used on the first hit.
Boy I sure don't see any abuse cases arising here!
Also that Kalista nerf is janky as hell and I have no idea why Riot decided to make her kit clunkier and more confusing instead of just nerfing her W on-hit like anyone with sense would've done months ago. This game sucks.

Do you guys think that we will see more champions build Archangel's Staff more often now that it has 20 more AP?
I don't think so. Archangel's is still heavily gated by Tear of the Goddess. The only champions that really buy it right now are the ones that can stack it really quickly. It might be slightly more slot-efficient but I don't think we'll be seeing much change in terms of viability.
Thanks to Jovy for the sig!

Hello and welcome to the MOBAFire Patch Summary - 5.13!
Yes, that's right, the 5.13 patch notes are up! Now, before anyone gets too excited, we're not exactly sure whether this patch will actually be live after tonight (as was originally planned). Also, no, Tahm Kench will not be live as soon as this patch is applied.
Now calm down, calm down, take a deep breath. Before you run off to Reddit to submit your latest "Rito pls" post, I should mention there's still plenty for us to talk about here, including balance changes to Kalista and Nautilus, changes to the Devourer enchant, build path changes for a ton of AP items, a new upcoming Gnar skin and more. Let's go!

! = Rework* = Mostly bugfix(es) and/or display changes+ = Buff- = Nerf~ = Mixed
For this summary, we've slightly changed the meaning of our blue * (normally used for as an indication for "bugfix only"), since some of these changes might still prove to be valuable quality of life changes for the champions involved. For example, Syndra now no longer loses any Dark Spheres which are interrupted by Yasuo's Wind Wall or Braum's Unbreakable, meaning she can still make use of them with her abilities after they fall to the ground. Similarly, Jayce no longer (accidentally) receiving the bonuses from his ultimate a level early might make him a tad weaker early on, while Kennen's Electrical Surge now always correctly applying a Mark of the Storm to enemies caught in his ultimate could also been seen as a mini-buff.
Moving on to some "actual" changes, the biggest nerfs in this patch go to today's banner girl Kalista and to the man with the anchor, Nautilus. Despite seeing her base attack damage and attack damage ratio go up slightly, Kalista will now only deal 0.9 * her attack damage as damage per auto attack (rather than the standard 1.0), meaning her auto attacks will become less effective overall. On top of that, she can also no longer cast her Pierce mid-dash. As for Nautilus, he is receiving a damage nerf on his Riptide to reduce his raw ability to win trades by himself in the bottom lane.
Luckily, there are also a couple of buffs to talk about, as Kayle will now passively gain extra damage per auto on her Righteous Fury and the ability's scaling will also go up. Meanwhile, Singed will receive magic resist per level and the duration of his snare for landing a Fling into Mega Adhesive will scale from 1 to 2 seconds (rather than remaining 1 second throughout the game).
Item Changes
Another set of item changes in this patch is so big that one might say it's hard to summarize. Luckily, summarizing is what we do best, so we'll give it a shot anyway. In this patch, a large number of Ability Power items will receive changes to their stats and/or build path, with the tl;dr stat-wise being that Riot is working toward a more level playing field. For example, Zhonya's Hourglass and Luden's Tempest now grant only 100 Ability Power (from 120), while the amount of AP on Archangel's Staff (
60⇒ 80), Liandry's Torment (50⇒ 80), Void Staff (70⇒ 80) and Nashor's Tooth (60⇒ 80) has been increased.A lot of items have also shifted away from building out of a Blasting Wand (bottom left) to building out of a Needlessly Large Rod (bottom right), which has also become a lot more affordable (
1600 gold⇒ 1250 gold) and grants less AP (80⇒ 60).Upcoming Skins
There are two upcoming skins this time, one as a release skin for Tahm Kench, and one as an addition to the only Gentleman skin in the game right now ( Gentleman Cho'Gath ) in the form of Gentleman Gnar . Both of these skins will cost 975 RP upon release. That's all there is to it, really.
