I got into hardcore last year and I have never cared about music so much. It's such a big part of my life now. (I know, it sounds lame.) I was just wondering if anyone else here listens to hardcore. I listen to more post-hardcore, which has cleans too. If you do, what's your favorite band? Right now mine is Of Mice & Men. Their new album is just so good, I can't stop listening to it.

So I went and looked them up. You mean Scremo, not hardcore.
No I dont like that kinda of music. More of a EU Metal Head.

Such as, Finntroll, KORPIKLAANI to name just 2.
But my music taste is literally ALL over the palce.

It's not screamo. If anything it's Metalcore if you want to get technical. But I don't want to turn this into a pointless genre debate.

My uncle having sex sounds almost similar to the music you listen to. You should come visit sometime.

I'm not much for screamo, however growls are okay, as long as the whole song isn't sung in growling lol.

My favorite band is Three Days Grace, and my favorite song, the one called Break. It has a few awesome growls or screams or whatever you wish to call it.

While I can listen to hardcore/screamo/whatever you wanna call it, I by far prefer Alternative Rock above everything else. Also classic rock songs are something I like to listen to. AD/DC, Iron Maiden, Metallica and what not :)
