who the hell wants to learn Japanese? There's very few viable careers in which knowing Japanese is an asset. Unless you really want to go live in Japan (pro-tip: they have no olive oil) I highly suggest you learn a more useful language.
But Spanish is so European.

But hey, if you want to waste a few years of your life to learn a useless language then by all means go ahead.

Please explain what are the benefits of learning japanese. Being able to read mangas and watch animes before the translations are out? Japanese is a very localized language, it'll only benefit you if you want to live in Japan.

It's pretty much true; Japanese isn't spoken or written outside Japan.

Which is why Cuddowls put "For people who want to learn Japanese" in the title. If you don't want people learning Japanese then kindly get the **** out of a thread that does not concern you.

Japanese
This thread is for the people who want to learn Japanese. It is not going to suggest the usual methods of something like searching "Japanese lessons" or "learn Japanese" on Google and using those sources, no. On the contrary, this will suggest to you complete things that you can use to learn Japanese. When I say things I mean LESSONS. Yes Lessons, year long and maybe even more, Basically it will require one year for you to be able learn all the material in this thread speeding through it. If you aren't speeding through it then it should take longer, MUCH longer. So only take this if you are truly COMMITTED to learning Japanese, because this will require you to commit one year at the very least, of your life, to learning Japanese. Once you have completed all the material in this thread, you will be able to understand and read and speak Japanese. These lesson are quite versatile as well, They aren't very difficult either. Everyone should be able to do them. So, here are the two MAIN sources that you can use to learn Japanese in it's full splendor. If in one year you find that this thread has helped you, don't hesitate to thank me.
Source number 1: Namasensei's Japanese Lessons
These are physical videos given by a somewhat drunk college kid that will teach you pretty much everything, Ill include the first video if people want to see what the guy is like and judge whether they like him or not. Be aware that he constantly swears and drinks beer.
Lesson 1 of Namasensei's set of lessons... yaa
And the second source is...
The Genki Work Books
This is a torrent download, It will take literally 10 minutes to download and includes the full work book that will also teach you everything about Japanese. I recommend doing this whilst watching the lesson from the videos, to better understand everything.
I will say this again, this work requires COMMITMENT. It's not hard if you want to do it and if you stay committed you will learn Japanese, trust me, im Cuddowls, the most trust able person on Mobafire.
Thank you for reading this thread, I hope you learn Japanese, Good Luck.
