I still think "she's a man, duh!" (people still make this joke, not even kidding) wins the hurtful and emotionally scarring original comments about a name award.
^I know that feel, sort of. I once had a character in a table-top RPG whose name was Isadora, but I shortened it to Isa to make it easier for everyone to remember.
That was at least four (maybe six) months of "Isa your turn" (whenever we were in combat) that I will never forget. I wanted to kill the other players.

God that game was aweful. Coming from a person used to a 3D balanced beat'em'up that usually only had one broken character per release (looking at you Hilde, Pyrrha Omega), picking up that game and going online where people only played cheese on cheese (and I should know, I built a team around Dark Phoenix)...no.
Mortal Kombat series reboot or Soul Calibur 4 all day. I wish I had Darkstalkers tho.
Not to mention Capcom is the greediest most disgusting game company "We're gonna release this game with extra locked content on it that you'll have to pay to have and next year we'll release a better version of it but we're not greedy"

I once got a terrible haircut which resulted in me ending up with rather short hair because some idiotic woman tried to give me a fringe. I was 11 at the time, so I didn't look particularly girly anyways. People told me I looked like a boy and that's why my name was Amanda. Seriously, children are horrible.
