There's always worse, but that's no excuse. Saying something like "I agree with Toshabi on this matter" is infinitely better, even if somewhat lacking in useful content. Try to back up statements with a reasoning, something like "I agree with Toshabi because I think his opinions on pony sex are valid". (replace pony sex with topic of choice) [quote]Thanks I guess. You said that some churches don't agree with that. Ok, they don't, who cares? That's not going to change what's in the bible. Why the fuck are they saying the bible is wrong on that account yet claim the bible is the work of God? How can it be wrong and why the hell are they defying God's will? But wait! You showed us another passage that says the opposite! Now God is, very explicitly, telling us that we shouldn't kill the homosexuals! This isn't contradictory at all! God isn't changing is mind all the time, both these ideas are in perfect unison as it would be expected of a perfect being! I'll say it once again, you either accept the bible or you don't. Which one will it be? If you accept it then you have to kill any homosexual you know of because God commanded you to it and then you'll go to hell because God said you shouldn't interfere with them. If you don't then you'll acknowledge the bible is bullshit and the Judeo-Christian God doesn't exist. No nitpicking. You can't say some passages are true and others are false based solely on what complies with secular values. The bible was inspired by God, if an "inspiration" is so unreliable that two different writers inspired by the same idea can write opposite statements then everything in the bible is meaningless. Atheists know they're right because of the overwhelming amount of evidence and religious people think they're right because they have faith.
