Do you understand how to do it?
It's really easy once you know how. dy/dx x^3 Take the 3 to the left. = 3x^_____ Now do the sum "31" because you've taken away one 3 from the power. = 3x^(31) = 3x^2 More examples: dy/dx 4x^2 = 2*4x^(21) = 8x Why? Take the 2 from the right, move it to the left and times it by the 4. 21 = 1. ie 8x^1 = 8x. dy/dx 2x^3 = 3*2x^(31) = 6x^2 Why? Take 3 from the right, move it to the left and times it by the 2. 31 = 2. Make sense? :/ 

ohh yeah... that's easy...
I do know that... the assignment was about differentialkvotienten(is the danish word for it.) /=delta X^3 /X=f(x+/X)x /Y=/X Then it comes to step to with reduction which takes a hellload of time >.<

Ew. Why make it more complicated than it is? I remember having to learn that.
And then at the end of the year they were like, "BTW YOU CAN DO A SHORT CUT LIKE THIS" and I was like "OMG WHY THE HELL DID YOU MAKE US DO IT THE LONG WAY IF I COULD JUST DO IT IN MY HEAD THIS WAY!?!" 

Oh my goose i hate differentiation.
