Sure, share your muffin recipe. It may be delicioso. My cupcake recipe that I will share later may be plain, but when other people tastes it, they say that my cupcake are divine (PURE EXAGGERATION XD, it just tastes good).

Family Slow Cooked Pork and Rice
Step 1 - Trim fat off Pork, place in slow cooker.
Step 2 - Pour entire bottle of Mojo and 1/2 container Sofrito on top of Pork.
Step 3 - Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours (Depending on size of pork and quality of slow cooker time will vary, but the pork should break apart easily when done.)
Step 4 - Shred Pork. (I usually just use 2 forks to shred it so I don't have to take it out of the liquid.)
Step 5 - Pour in Rice and cover for 10-15 minutes. (I don't actually use measurements, though it usually takes about 1/2 of a box of Minute Rice. If after 15 minutes there is to much liquid then add more rice. If rice is dry, then add water. Because of this, it is better to underestimate at first and slowly add more rice as needed.)
Step 6 - Stir together and serve.
Feeds my family of 5 with plenty of leftovers.

Silver's Vanilla Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups flour (no flour, no cupcakes duh and sifted flour is optional)
- 2 tsp baking powder (increases volume and texture of cupcakes)
- 1/2 tsp salt (for overall flavor)
- 1/2 cup butter (for texture)
- 1 cup sugar (or more if you like it sweeter)
- 2 eggs (holds up the mixture)
- 1 cup milk (gives a creamy taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (where the recipe name comes from)
PROCEDURES:
- PREPARE YOUR OVEN.Preheat your oven to 370F or 170C to make the cupcakes cook faster. And line in your muffin trays with paper just to not make the bottom of the cupcake burn.
- CREAM. Cream butter and sugar until it is light and fluffy. It a common rule in baking to cream the butter first because you have to fluff up butter with air, which is important because it gives your cupcake a nice body and texture. It is also because butter is so fussy that if you put it up by a few degrees than you have melted butter that is so awful in baking.
- MIX.Mix flour, baking powder and salt, it makes things easier for you. Add the mixture, alternating with milk and beat well. And add the vanilla extract.
- COOK.Divide the cupcake mixture evenly and bake them for 18 minutes. If it is done, let it cool.
And voila, it's done! You might noticed the cupcakes are plain. Well the creativity part will come from you. You can make frostings, candies or fruits as toppings of your cupcakes.

Made some pasta with cheese and pepper and sausages today. This is just what I did(I am not exactly a chef and was too lazy to go shopping), and I was pretty lazy about it, so use your own brain. Also my english vocabulary in the kitchen area is pretty ****py, so again, use your brain.
IDK how many portions I made, prohably around 6ish or something like that. If you want a single portion just guess how much you can eat and hope for the best.
If you are a noob in the kitchen, save yourself some stress and slice everything before starting. I also didn't really use a comprehensive format when wrting this, so don't try to use this as a step-by-step tutorial or something like that.
start by getting a pot for pasta going. grab a pot, fill it to 2/3 with water, dump some salt in there and get it boiling. Slice an onion, 4 sausages and 2 bell peppers to pass the wait(I did this step before starting, but there shoudl be more than enough time). Put some oil in a pan and put in on max heat. After a minute or so the oil should be hot enough to put the onions in. wait another minute or so, then dump the peppers and the sausages in.
When the pasta water is boiling, put some pasta in there(I used a bag of 500g. Then I was like "**** it" and used like 250g more because we are 6 people in the family and someone will eat it anyway. 500g is prohably enough though).
I then decided that it would be a good idea to put some cheese in the pan, so I took like 3 slices, teared them in rougly 1cm*1cm pieces and stirred everything a bit. for spices, I used a bit of salt, pepper and paprika powder. when the sausages look like they are done, put the pan on low heat and wait.
When the pasta is done, dump the whole thing into a strainer to get rid of the water, then dump the pasta into the pan(make sure the pan is big enough btw).
I then decided that I didn't use enough cheese, so I put 3 more slices in and stirred everything a bit more to get the cheese everywhere. I also wanted to add a layer of cheese on top of everything, but I only had to slices left and was too lazy to get a new pack from the fridge :(
