Very easy and simple recipe, it's called "Quiche Lorraine":
- 1 puff pastry
- 4 eggs
- 200mL of liquid cream
- 100mL of milk
- 200g of "diced bacon" (not sure of the translation for this one -> lardon)
Cook the "diced bacon" and then mix everything together. Put the mix on the puff pastry.
Put the Quiche in the oven at 210°C for 25 minutes.
You can use this recipe as a base for other "Quiches" and add things like onion, leek or even spinach to it. Just don't forget to cook them before adding them to the mix!
