Actually, I would. He has helped me in the past when it came to purchasing a new phone and it has been one of the best purchases I have ever done.

He helped with a smartphone purchase, buying smartphone is nothing like building a PC, let me guess though. You got a Blackberry instead of something like a Samsung Galaxy?

Yes he did help me purchase a phone, however it is completely unfair to relate a smart phone to a computer. No I didn't purchase a blackberry, I don't like their OS, I purchased the OnePlus One, check it out when you have the chance, it's a fantastic phone.
I don't know much about computer parts and that's why i'm getting help but from what a lot of my tech friends are telling me, the build Vynertje listed is actually really good for it's price and I probably can't find anything better for a price like that. Unless you can make a better build with a maximum of 700 Canadian I have no reason to trust your opinion

Swap the GPU for an Nvidia card. The build is pretty solid aside from the furnace packed into it. Although, if you're looking to spend 700 I would beef up the CPU. You won't get any reliability from anything made by AMD, just pure junk.
