Broken item.
Riven buys this as first item, she gets like a, what, 130% total damage boost with ult?
"Value passive at 425 gold"
That's a Long Sword. As long as you do ~10 extra damage each spell cast it'll be worth it. Which, considering base values, is cost-effective from level 1.

This looks broken as ****. Which I should have suspected, given the author.
@BionicArm: Xypherous recently addressed that suggestion in great depth. TLDR: Would hurt AD Casters more than help them.

I think a better idea to help AD casters would be the "Flat AD Item with spell vamp instead of lifesteal" type idea everyone seems to want.
This item will be ****ing broken.
Bloodthirster gives 20 more AD and lifesteal for 625 less gold. Muramana also is way more cost efficient and will finally add more damage. This item should be for people, which want to increase the damage of Muramana and don't want to stack more Bloodthirster. It can be also usefull on people without mana or 0 use of lifesteal.
Cost Efficiency
Gold Value (Base)
70 attack damage = 2800g
12% life steal = 480g
Total Gold Value = 3280g
Gold Value (fully stacked)
100 attack damage = 4000g
18% life steal = 720g
Total Gold Value = 4720g
Gold Efficiency
The Bloodthirster is gold efficient at its base values.
Atm, most items are instantly cost efficient.
Also, some comparison this item and Bloodthirster on riven:
So, you see, it deals around 15 more damage in a full combo where you use Runic Blade 5 times.

So.
Just for Kha and Jayce?
And 1% of Pantheons who can't manage mana?
Idiot Ryzes who still build Muramana?
Because there's literally 2 champions who consistently build Muramana and are AD.
Serious question, have you ever tried thinking before thinking up stuff like this?
