There are some champions that are stronger then others, but every champion can be OP, if he is played good.

Volibear apparently is pretty freaking op right now... But if you want to know who is OP pretty much every champ released since Yorick. They have all been stupid strong on release and most all of them far outshine most of the older champs. As someone recently posted even their base stats are far superior than any of the older champs.
For my money I think Talon in the right hands is the most disgusting champ out there right now. I have seen a Talon insta-gib people before they can use their invulnerability skills... like Tryn and Kayle. He silences them and then they die. It was... amazing to watch. Thankfully both times I was on his team. Oh and Talon bottom with a support freaking rocks. Haven't lost to the standard ranged AD + support yet.
