Any times you DON'T buy the ult at level 6?

[/quote] Soraka's pretty bad right now, but her aura's are pretty strong. 16 MR right off the bat is decent, not to mention the armor buff on her heal is massive. [/quote] Usually, yes, but against specific assassins like zed, raka is actually a really good pick. 2.5 second silence + massive heals and armor buff drop his damage down to practically 0. Taric gives only very little armor but it is an aura while raka is single target, hence raka is stronger vs single target burst.[/quote]

[[Soraka]] is terrible against sustained damage because of her long CDs...and she's a bad straight up pick because she's so easy to counter with it....but she can be used to counterpick single target burst with some success.[/quote]
