Any times you DON'T buy the ult at level 6?

If I have no chance of killing my enemy and my jungler doesn't really seem like he's going to gank ( and who would gank for a vlad lol ) then I skill E instead for extra poke / push / freeze. Before I started doing that there were just soooooooooo many times I never used it at level 6. I mean it's not like skipping [[shadow assault]] on talon, which is his escape, on Vlad it's literally just damage on a low kill potential champion. It has absolutely no uses other than damage, so no chance to kill = useless ult. Edit: Not exactly sure what Nidalee's ult does other than let her transform into a cougar when you have it, but I think you could probably take it at 6 then skip it until you have all other skills maxed.[/quote]

[/quote] [[Aspect of the Cougar]]'s rank determines the base damage of all her cougar form abilities, so you should probably level it every time it's available.[/quote]
