DPS Garen?

[/quote] Technically yes, as long as you have more than 100 bonus damage you technically deal more damage than if you have Sunfire, but Judgment still deals 50% less damage to minions. If you get Sunfire AND more than 100 bonus you'll be doing more total overall damage, but I'm just saying that it isn't absolutely necessary as others have stated.[/quote]
